Brendan Medzigian is a Managing Partner of Watermark Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions, financings and dispositions. Prior to 2023 Brendan served as the Chief Investment Officer of Watermark Lodging Trust, Inc., overseeing all capital and transaction activities. While at WLT he was responsible for all corporate and asset-level acquisitions, financings and dispositions and strategic balance sheet initiatives, including the sale of WLT in 2022. Prior to the formation of WLT in 2020, Brendan held similar responsibilities for Watermark Capital Partners, including the execution of the merger and management internalization of WLT’s precedent companies, Carey Watermark Investors 1 & 2.
Prior to joining Watermark, Brendan began his career in the loan originations group at Cantor Commercial Real Estate, focusing on all asset types in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology.
