Craig is a Vice President at Watermark Capital Partners, responsible for asset management activities. Before joining Watermark, Craig was responsible for hotel asset management, revenue management and finance at Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, advising on their assets in Hawaii, Guam, Thailand, Fiji, Mauritius and the Maldives. Prior to that, Craig worked as Director of Portfolio Management for Ishin Hotels Group in Tokyo, where he was responsible for a portfolio of partial service, full service and resort hotels across Japan. Craig also worked at Goldman Sachs Reality Japan, assisting with the management of commercial real estate, hotel and golf assets. Craig is a graduate of the University at Albany – State University of New York where he received a BA in Political Science with a focus in International Relations. He also attended the Julius Maximilian Universitat Wurzberg in Germany where he studied political science and German. Craig is a member of the Hotel Asset Management Association (HAMA).
