Iconic asset located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia adjacent to City Hall. The luxury hotel was originally constructed as the Girard Trust Company bank in 1904 before ultimately being converted into a Ritz-Carlton in 2000. The 299-room property features 26,000 square feet of meeting space, a full-service salon and spa, and a three-meal lobby level bistro and lounge. A large-scale renovation will commence in late-2015 through early 2016 and will encompass a full upgrade and redesign of the guestrooms, corridors, meeting space, lobby and F&B outlets.
