Renovation, repositioning and rebranding of a 2,300-acre resort founded in 1769 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places that includes the 183-room Equinox Hotel, the original Charles Orvis Inn, the Gleneagles Golf Course, a 13,000-square-foot spa addition, the town center and opera house, town home development, Equinox Mountain, the Range Rover Driving School, the British School of Falconry, and the Orvis Fly Fishing School.
